It has been extensively refurbished in December 2009, including a new kitchen and two new bathrooms (one on each floor).
The kitchen and dining room are open plan and the kitchen has French doors leading to a large patio. There is a dishwasher & washing machine.
The ground floor also contains a lounge, a twin bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a conservatory.
The first floor has a spacious double bedroom, a spacious twin bedroom, a bedroom with three beds, a bathroom (with shower & bath) and a separate WC. There is also a large playroom in the garden.
