What if we have a problem whilst I'm on holiday?

We endeavour to ensure you have an enjoyable and successful holiday. Should you have a problem or be dissatisfied please let us know by telephone or email and we will try to reslove. If you do not, then no liability for any subsequent claim will be accepted or correspondence entered into.

Will there be cleaning materials in the property?

There will be a hoover, broom, and a dust pan & brush in the property. You will need to take your own cleaning materials due to Health and Safety regulations.

What is essential to take?

Sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, cleaning materials, black bin bags, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls etc.

What else is good to take?

Bikes, kites, beach games and any special cooking equipment you feel you may need.

What don’t we need to take?

Duvets, pillows, sunloungers, cutlery, crockery, basic cooking equipment

Can I take my pet?
