Making a Booking

There are 2 ways to book your holiday:

By Phone
Phone us on 01252 703127 to make an immediate provisional booking and arrange to pay your deposit (see below). Then download the booking form, print it, fill it in and then post it to us at Ashford, Hookley Lane, Elstead, Surrey, GU8 6JE. Click here to download a PDF version of the form.

Online
Fill out the online booking form and submit to us directly. We will normally respond within 24/48 hours. Please note that until we contact you your booking with us is pending and may therefore be reserved by someone else who elects to telephone us in the time it takes us to acknowledge your on-line enquiry. We will contact you shortly to complete the booking.

Important

Your reservation will not be fully reserved until receipt of a deposit of one-third of the total cost of the holiday (or full payment if the holiday is less than 8 weeks away) AND £100 security deposit AND a completed booking form.

Booking forms must be signed by the applicant who must be over 18 years of age and will sign on behalf of all the persons who will occupy the property during the period booked.

Final Payment is required eight weeks prior to your holiday date. If you fail to pay we reserve the right to keep your deposit and re-let the cottage.
