The Local Area: An easy flat 2 mile walk or cycle (where permitted) along the seafront to the West is Bognor Regis, with the many attractions of an English seaside town, including a wide range of shops and services. A similar distance to the East is Climping, and, beyond, Littlehampton, where there is good crabbing. Chichester, Brighton and Portsmouth are within easy reach; the latter with its historic dockyard, including HMS Victory, the Mary Rose and with its Isle of Wight ferries.
